Why don't you call your preachers and ministers "pastors" like other churches?

"pastors" just because they work full-time with the local church. In fact, each member of the Lord's church has the same responsibilities as

Meaning of "Pastor"
The definition of the word "pastor" comes from the Greek word ποιμήν ("poimen"). This word is usually translated as "shepherd" in the Bible.
The word and position designates someone who is guiding, leading or responsible for someone else.
